Our menu for tonight starts with sharing table dishes of Jerk Pork Bites, Jerk Halloumi Nuggets, Warm Flatbreads. Tamarind Dip, Bean Dip, Pineapple Salsa and a Green Chilli Fruit Salad....... and then if you are not too full there are a choice of mains -

• Sticky Jerk Chicken Thighs, Brown Rice and Black Eyed Beans, Sweet Potato Puree and Mango Salsa
• Rum Pickled Tilapia Fillets, Pineapple Hash, Smashed Cucumber and Pomegranate Salad, Pomegranate Molasses Reduction
• Banana and Yam Stew, Jungle Fried Rice, Mango Salsa and Flat Bread
