PYC Dinner and Dance
The annual dinner and dance, is an opportunity to dress up and dance the evening away with 'Curveball'
The Menu:
Appetiser
Parmesan and asparagus velouté with truffle oil. (g/f)
Starter
Stuffed vine tomato with white crabmeat and oak smoked salmon, avocado mayonnaise and pea shoots. (g/f)
Or
Burrata bruschetta topped with broad beans, sugar snap peas, radish, mint and chilli dressing. (V)
Main course
Slow braised rolled belly of pork glazed with blossom honey, Sage mash, butternut squash purée, roasted Granny Smith, seasonal vegetables and Aspalls jus. (g/f)
Or
Fillet of salmon with a basil crust, saffron fondant potato, brunoise ratatouille and a New Zealand Sauvignon velouté.
Or
Portobello mushroom stuffed with leeks and Smoked cheddar topped with herb crumble, root vegetable galette roast baby vegetables and a tarragon butter sauce. (V)
All main courses are accompanied with a selection of fresh market vegetables.
Dessert
A trio of chocolate desserts to include salted chocolate brownie, chocolate truffle, chocolate ice cream and bashed honeycomb.
Tickets will be available from 18th October it must be a member that books. Tickets are also limited to two per booking.
