PYC Celebrate Chinese New Year and the year of the Snake
A Chinese cooking demonstration by the talented Andy Chu will be supported by our own PYC catering team’s Chinese banquet.
We will be entertained with Chinese dancers and dancing Dragons
A full evening to immerse ourselves into these Chinese festivities

The Menu
Traditional Chinese appetiser selection plate to include:-
Crispy confit duck spring roll, fried prawn toast, Chinese pork pot stickers, marinated chicken wings, pork spare rib with sweet chilli dipping sauce and soy sauce. (Can be g/f)
Or
Crispy vegetable spring roll, kung pao tofu with Szechuan peppercorns and toasted peanuts. (V) ( can be g/f)
The “29028” main selection to include :-
Special fried rice with prawn, chicken pork and egg, mixed vegetable chow mien, salt and pepper tempura chicken breast balls with sweet and sour sauce topped with crushed popadom. (can be g/f)
Or
Special mixed vegetable fried rice with peas and beans, mixed vegetable chow mien, salt and pepper tempura battered halloumi with sweet and sour sauce topped with crushed popadom. (can be g/f)
